To register and maintain an Account on ormastoto, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

Ormastoto may request additional documentation at its discretion. Accounts for which satisfactory KYC documentation cannot be provided will have withdrawal functionality suspended. All deposits to your ormastoto Account are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Ormastoto accepts deposits via the following methods, subject to the minimum and maximum limits stated on the Platform's deposit page at the time of transaction:
You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your Account are derived from legitimate sources and that you are the lawful owner of the payment method used. Ormastoto reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a prohibited payment method.
Deposits are credited to your Account Balance as Real Money Funds unless you have opted in to a bonus offer, in which case the terms of that offer govern how funds are categorised and the applicable wagering requirements.

Mandatory Minimum Age: Ormastoto strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all account holders. Any Player found to be under 21 will have their Account closed and their deposits returned net of any withdrawals already made. Winnings accumulated by underage players are not payable.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ormastoto's liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by ormastoto's own acts or omissions, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Ormastoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines at its reasonable discretion that:
Upon closure of an Account other than for cause (i.e., closure at the Player's own request or for regulatory reasons not attributable to Player misconduct), any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be refunded to the Player via their last used withdrawal method within 14 business days, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.
Where an Account is closed due to proven breach of these Terms, ormastoto reserves the right to withhold any or all of the Account Balance as compensation for losses sustained by the Platform arising from the breach. Players may request a review of this decision by contacting the support team.
Ormastoto may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Where changes are material, registered Players will be notified by email to their registered address at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect. Non-material clarifications may take effect immediately.
If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the revised Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
The version of the Terms applicable to any particular transaction or dispute is the version that was in force at the time the transaction was initiated or the relevant event occurred.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ormastoto holds its operating licence.
In the event of a dispute, we encourage Players to first contact the ormastoto support team to seek an informal resolution. The majority of account-related disputes are resolved at this stage without further escalation.
Where informal resolution is not achieved, Players may escalate their complaint to ormastoto's formal complaints process. Details of this process are available by contacting the support team. Ormastoto is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and timely response to all escalated complaints.
Note: Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
